Capsicum Masterclasses for Cape FoodiesCape Town’s Capsicum Culinary Studio – part of the largest chef school of its kind in South Africa – holds a series of masterclasses for both enthusiastic and amateur home cooks who want to expand their repertoire.

Each event is a specialised one-off cooking course. Those interested get to cook and bake with celebrated chefs who have made a name with their unique culinary arts.

A ticket to each includes ingredients, an apron to take home and a goody bag. Attendees much be aged 18 or over.

Heinrich Koen – Masterclass Burger Experience:

Having worked at Café Paradiso, Madame Zingara and Jamie’s Italian as well as for Aldo Zilli, chef Heinrich Koen has been running his own operation for three years. He shows how to make a delicious burger both at class and at home.

How to make the perfect dough with Ciska Rossouw

Previous head baker and chef at The Bakery at Jordan, Ciska Rossouw is the owner of Loaves by Madam Baker in Woodstock. She teaches here how to make the perfect dough.

Sustainable Seafood with Isabella Niehaus
