At the Cape Town Science Centre mind-sets are shifted as children and adults are delighted, inspired and excited about the connection between science and life. Often, for the first time they see the relevance of science in their daily life and are eager to explore it further…
Many of visitors do not know that the Cape Town Science Centre is a Non Profit & Public Benefit Organisation. In the interest of making the wonders of science within reach to as many people as possible, the entry fees are greatly subsidised. There are many who do not have the means to pay even the minimal entry fee, and therefore the CTSC has set up a Sponsored Group Programme, INSPIRE ME, through which they raise funds to bring as many less advantaged children to the Cape Town Science Centre as possible.
The CTSC asks YOU, as an individual or as an organisation, to help it inspire young South Africans through the CTSC’s INSPIRE ME initiative. Whether you can help one child or a class of 60 pupils, please make your donation at our ticket office on your next visit or contact the Director, Julie Cleverdon on 021 300 3200, 083 276 9501 or e-mail: email@example.com for further information.
