Live-Cook Channel hosts an online cook-along with Chef Charné Sampson, bringing the joys and excitement of culinary adventure right home.
ChefCharné Sampson, currently Head Chef at La Colombe’s Epice restaurant, demonstrates how to bring Moroccan, Libyan and Tunisian flavours together in a tasty North African dish of Chermoula Lamb served with Potato Fondant and Mint Sauce.
All ingredients needed for the recipe are delivered to participants on the day of the cook-along in a meal-kit. All that is needed is an internet connection and some basic pantry items, like butter, salt and pepper.
