Local chef Cheyne Morrisby’s signature restaurant brings Asian infusion cuisine to Hout Bay with a variety of contemporary dishes from the sea, land and earth.
The restaurant sources fresh local ingredients with a range of flavours inspired the culinary arts of Asia. Guests can enjoy lunch offerings from Thursday to Sunday (12pm till 3pm), serving guests Pacific Rim cuisine and showcases a diverse range of cooking techniques.
The menu includes the exclusive Yum Cha Sharing Experiences – dishes range from chilled ginger soba noodles, chargrilled Korean lamb cutlet and grilled beef fillet kushiyaki with cardomom, ginger and chilli dipping sauce.
Guests can also book their seats for the Yum Cha Dining Experience, which offers four dishes for R300pp, showcasing a mix of Cheyne’s Asian-inspired cooking.
