COPA Restaurant at the Pepper Club Hotel hosts a three-course Christmas Day lunch menu.
The menu includes starter options of hot smoked salmon or smoked shallots and goat’s cheese tarte. Guests can choose between whisky glazed gammon and sage turkey; Malay-style kingklip and tempura prawns or wild mushroom and truffle pithivier with a slow-roasted tomato terrine. For dessert, COPA offers ginger and lemon pudding with ice-cream.
There is also live entertainment, creating the ideal atmosphere to celebrate Christmas with family and friends.
