Coravins and Micro Seasons Lunch at SalsifySalsify hosts an opulent culinary journey with their Coravins and Micro Seasons Lunch at the Roundhouse, by chefs Luke Dale Roberts and Ryan Cole.

Chef Cole offers a four-course menu where he showcases his favourite micro-seasonal produce featuring some from the Western Cape.

A selection of vintage and edgy wine choices are available with expert advice from resident sommelier, Nash.

Fine diners have access to Coravins, a device that allows per glass servings without removing the cork.

Time: 12.30pm to 2pm | Tuesday to Saturday
Cost:  R395 per person | Includes a glass of Methode Cap Classique or non-alcoholic cocktail.
