The Eat on 6 menu, developed by Executive Chef Veronica Canha-Hibbert, can be enjoyed in The Willaston Bar and in The Granary Café.
The menu showcases seasonal, local ingredients and features a range of small plates, soups and salads, sandwiches, classics and desserts.
The small plate options include marinated mushroom bruschetta, prawn pot sticker, and bacon and cheese croquetas. Guests can also enjoy a fresh green salad or a crispy hake salad, classic roasted tomato soup, Vietnamese báhn mì or the beyond burger (plant-based burger).
The classic mains include prawn and seafood pasta and steak tartar with pastries and decadent desserts such as chocolate tart and strawberry peach shortcake.
