The One&Only Cape Town Hotel and Resort hosts a decadent, four-course Father’s Day lunch at their Ochre Restaurant.
Ochre is a contemporary interpretation of age-old South African recipes and brings together a kaleidoscope of heritages to create uniquely re-imagined dishes and flavours.
The family-style spread includes everything from fresh oysters and local charcuterie to honey-glazed leg of lamb and roasted winter vegetables. The meal ends on a sweet note with flavours of dark chocolate and coffee as well as creamy caramel cheesecake.
The menu is prepared using local, seasonal ingredients. All fish is sustainably sourced and coffee is Rainforest Alliance certified.
