Food and Chatter hosts regular food experiences which aim to connect people to one another whilst allowing them to rediscover Cape Town through food. These take a variety of forms, ranging from restaurant tastings to home cooking experiences, picking produce and more.
Past events include the Food Art Feast collaboration where vegan chef Parusha Naidoo partnered with food forager Roushanna Gray of Veld and Sea to offer guests a creative meal among floral installations. An Indian lunch buffet was accompanied by a belly dancing performance and the experimental Dinner in the Dark, where guests were asked to identify food and drink whilst blindfolded.
