Joubert’s Werf is only accessible by 4×4 vehicle, so be prepared in advance for a bumpy ride as you travel to the furthest campsite from the Main Lodge in the reserve. The campsite is ideal for a remote overnight stay in a fantastic setting.

Nestled in the Du Toitskloof Mountains in the scenic Limietberg Nature Reserve, is an idyllic location for camping with standard and private camping spots.
Book an overnight stay and take advantage of the surroundings coupled with great facilities and picnic sites. The campsite has 20 standard sites each with its own braai area. There are also six fenced-off campsites for guests wanting a more secluded stay.
The hiking trails include various walks and hikes spanning from the mountain to water features and pools, and historic sites and monuments. Guests can plan their walks along the Krom River Trail, Rockhopper Trail, and many of the surrounding features.
Permits are available at R50 per adult and R30 per child. Permits may be purchased at the reserve office or bookings can be made through CapeNature Central Reservations
