A new app providing details on the development of the upcoming Harbour Arch reveals conceptual images for Cape Town’s latest inner-city, mixed-use precinct. The Harbour Arch App provides Android and IOS users a virtual walk through the R8 billion project, located at the junction of the N1 and N2 freeways.
Currently under development by Amdec – the same private development company that is behind Melrose Arch in Joburg – the 5.8 hectare precinct will feature seven individual tower blocks with a total of 200,000 square metres of usable space.
“Like Melrose Arch, this precinct will encapsulate the principles of new urban living, and present an opportunity for people to live, work, play, relax, and stay in a safe, convenient, enjoyable and sustainable community-focused environment,” says James Wilson, CEO of the Amdec Group.
The project is expected to be completed in 10 years. Click here to download the app.
