Inverdoorn announces the birth of their new spring babies on its 10 000 hectare private game reserve.

The newborn buffalo and giraffe calves are being welcomed by day trip and overnight safari guests from across the globe. These babies are thriving on the Ceres Karoo private game reserve and the rangers couldn’t be more proud that they’re doing their bit for conservation, especially as giraffe numbers plummet across Africa.

Filled with various natural life in the Klein Karoo, Inverdoorn Private Game Reserve is a luxury Big Five safari destination known for their significant contribution to sustaining the biodiversity of the region. The private game reserve offers guests complete relaxation in stylish accommodation, designed to complement the beauty of the arid Karoo.

Located a short 2.5km away from Cape Town, Inverdoorn’s overnight safaris and day trips offers to guests exceptional wildlife encounters, great scenery and modern accommodation amenities.

The lodge also features a cheetah Rescue and Rehabilitation Centre, their main attraction. Guests get to meet and learn more about cheetahs at the reserve and have the opportunity to watch cheetah runs after a sunset safari. Also, a booking of five star accommodation with the lodge automatically includes the educational aspect.
