Music, Food and Wine, Paired Together by Vivaldi's 'The Four Seasons'Zeitz MOCAA Events hosts a unique evening of fine music and food. Food and wine are paired together with Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons.

Together with Flat Mountain project, guests are entertained to the music of Max Richter’s version of Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons within the Zeitz MOCAA Atrium bowl, after which they are treated to a 4 course meal – inspired by each season – on level 6, surrounded by a 270 degree view of Cape Town.

A classically trained German-born British composer, famous for his post-minimalist styles, Max Richter’s version of Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons has preserved the original, while incorporating traces of present-day musical elements, displaying the contemporary relevance of Vivaldi’s concepts.

The concert also includes the premiere of local composer Hans Roosenschoon’s re-imagining of the Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 by J S Bach.
