Nederburg celebrates the unique ingredients and flavours of South Africa with a series of ‘Journey of Flavours’ dinners at The Manor restaurant.
The 8-course dinners, created by Chef Jerry Kennedy and his team, are aimed at discovering and showcasing the distinctiveness and versatility of some of South Africa’s diverse local ingredients.
Each dinner is themed and includes a welcome drink on arrival and a 750ml bottle of choice of Nederburg’s core range of wines.
Dinner Themes and Dates:
24 April: Maize
29 May: Cape Malay spices
26 June: Venison
31 July: Foraged ingredients such as waterblommetjies, wild mushrooms and suuring
