South Africa’s Xhosa-speaking Jewish leg-spinner turned comedian, Nik Rabinowitz, returns to the Baxter with a new stand up show that gets under his skin, literally.
The show sees Rabinowitz ruminate over his recent DNA test results and a host of other pressing issues, in an insensitive manner. Audiences get to join Nik as he tries to figure out who he is, where he came from, where he’s going (Romania, probably), and how he ended up here with a wife, three kids, two animals, one mortgage and the vague feeling that this life might actually belong to someone else.
Venue: Baxter Theatre, Main Rd, Rondebosch, Cape Town
Cost: R120 – R160
