Formally known as the Oyster and Champagne festival, which was created in 2007, this festival has now grown bigger with the inclusion of a few local Sauvignon Blanc brands.
An abundant amount of oysters are fresh in from the West Coast, especially cultivated and harvested for the Oysters Bubbles and Blanc Festival. The event also features a top range of South African Cap Classique and sparkling wines, as well as special brands from France, Italy and Spain.
This event also includes music, celebrity chef demonstrations and a selection of foods to suit a variety of tastes.
