The Pole Project is offering a variety of online Zoom classes, and the best news is that most of them don’t even require you to have a pole at home! Classes include bodyweight strength conditioning (“Power”), stretching (“Flex & Bend”), yoga (“Friday Fundamentals” and “Sunday Soulflow”), and dance (“Exotic Dance” and “Floor Flow”). “Power Flow” combines power yoga, strength conditioning and dance technique all in one.
