Gåte at Quoin Rock is offering its guests a new evening dining experience that promises to have them coming back for more. It is offering cocktail and tea pairings with influences from Italy, France, Canada, Austria, Japan, Greece and Namibia.
Guests can expect seven signature cocktails paired with their meals. The experience includes a signature welcome drink a gold-dusted flute with Campari and sour apple, topped with an MCC. Each cocktail is designed with the flavours of the meal in mind with ingredients like Aperol, Martell Cognac, White Port, Sake, and Namysto Strawberry Wine.
Dino Batista, Director of Molecular Bars says; “Our big goal when it came to creating the seven signature cocktails along with an arrival drink was to ensure that patrons have a memorable experience, specifically when they get to the last couple of courses.”
Gåte offers the option of serving their signature cocktails as mocktails for those less interested in the alcoholic drinks. As well as tea pairings for the more health-conscious.
For daytime diners, cocktails can be ordered separately at R115-R160 per drink.
