Fratelli Palmieri hosts a four-course Food and Wine Pairing Evening with Simonsig Wines.
The first course of seared gnocchi is paired with the Kaapse Vonkel Satin Nectar Rose. The second course is a squid ink sesame seafood bun paired with the Kaapse Vonkel Brut Rose.
The main course is paired with the Kaapse Vonkel Brut and consists of exotic mushroom stuffed chicken with herb and mushroom risotto. The dessert is lavender shortbread with sorbet and is paired with the Kaapse Vonkel Satin Nectar.
