Chef Matt Manning offers a virtual dining experience where a 5-course meal can be ordered for delivery or collection in time for Father’s Day.
Three of the 5-courses are already prepared – simply follow the instructions included to plate. Using the elements included in the package, create an interactive starter and main course by following a simple video tutorial from Chef Matt, sent upon confirmation of an order.
The interactive main course includes beef sirloin with vegetables, braised beef shin and Yorkshire pudding. The starter includes pan-roasted West Coast hake, leek and potato Veloute, white beans, bacon and Mussels.
The pre-pared courses include gourmet canapés and amuse-bouche that just need to be plated and served. For dessert, the package includes chocolate torte, honeycomb ice cream, raspberry and Swiss meringue.
A selection of wine can also be added to the package.
Vegetarian and Pescatarian menu alternatives are available upon request.
